Two other features Epic rolled out this week are worth mentioning. If you are banned from a game or have violated the terms of service, Epic won't allow a refund either. The first is if Epic determines you are "abusing the refund polciy," which I have to assume means they detect your account is refunding a lot of games over time. You can ask for a refund for any reason you like as long as you abide by those two eligibility rules. For a self-refund to work, the game can't have been purchased more than 14 days ago and not played for more than two hours. That is, of course, as long as you are eligible for a refund on any particular game. ![]()
